Exhibitions

My artistic journey gained an international dimension with my debut in the London art scene in 2017. Since then, my practice has evolved through a series of solo and group exhibitions that engage with diverse audiences across the globe. My work seeks to bridge the gap between complex conceptual themes and visual accessibility. Whether through collaborative projects or independent explorations, each exhibition serves as a dialogue—an invitation to view the world through a different lens. From my foundational work in the UK to subsequent showcases across Europe, Russia, and beyond, these exhibitions represent the continuous evolution of my visual language and my commitment to exploring the human condition.

ZK/U Art Urbanistic Center

Berlin, Germany

“Ossetian Sea” was held at the Center for Art and Urbanistics in Berlin, Germany. The exhibition presented a slice of contemporary video art of the self-organization of young Ossetian artists. Ossetian contemporary art exists in a situation of isolation from European art processes, markets and institutions. It is autonomous and seems to be imprisoned in internal immigration, in its own logic of artistic production, rather resembling closed waters. In fact, no sea exists in Ossetia. The exhibition affirms a special economy of dreams, where the utopian geography of openness becomes the only possible reference point.

Curated by Anton Valkovsky

Artists: Anna Kabisova, Eugeny Ivanov, Karina Batsoeva, Aljona Shapovalova, Sarmat Misikov, Irme Mamsirati, Georgy Gogichaty and Dmitry Malkov.

An intellectual exploration of art’s transformative role in the post-truth era, where emotional narratives eclipse objective reality and the artist navigates a world with suspended truths.

Istanbul Art Show

Istanbul, Turkiye

An intellectual exploration of art’s transformative role in the post-truth era, where emotional narratives eclipse objective reality and the artist navigates a world with suspended truths.

Reality Suspended: Art in the Era of Post-truth

In the era of post-truth, objective reality is eclipsed by emotional resonance and personal belief. This paradigm shift dismantles the rational foundations of modernism, creating a self-referential universe where truth is no longer imitated, but entirely reinvented. Against the backdrop of this historic cultural rupture, the Istanbul Art Show examines the profound transformation of the creative landscape, questioning the role of art and the artist in a world where reality remains suspended.

Raise Your Head

Vladikavkaz, Russia

Multidisciplinary exhibition by young Ossetian artists transforming cultural isolation and trauma into a collective act of healing, archiving, and shared hope.

Curated by Anton Valkovsky, the text outlines the conceptual philosophy of “Raise Your Head”, an exhibition born from the self-organized solidarity of young contemporary Ossetian artists responding to a lack of institutional support. Set beneath the dome of a former church, this multidisciplinary project navigates profound themes of social trauma, isolation, cultural memory, and identity construction as a process of collective healing and archiving. Drawing strength from traditional Ossetian practices of mutual aid to overcome feelings of isolation, the exhibition serves as a laboratory where artists transform silence into an intellectual act. Ultimately, it invites the viewer to physically and spiritually shift their perspective, to “Raise Your Head”, and bear witness to a shared hope in collective artistic creation.
